★ Our Volunteers - We are blessed to have around 30 dedicated volunteers, all graduates of the College of Nursing, Christian Medical College, Vellore, India.
· They represent batches from 1971 through 2006 and are highly accomplished nurses serving across the globe, including the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and India.
· Among them are Chief Nursing Officers, Retired Deans, Administrators, Supervisors, Nurse Practitioners, Managers, Clinicians, Educators, and Bedside Nurses, each bringing exceptional expertise.
They have ALL come together with one purpose and one passion: TO SERVE.
ROLES
Executive Director – Coordinates and manages all program activities, including developing curriculum, implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations, and overseeing the work of all team members. Maintains program schedules and budgets, and serves as the central communication for every member of the team. Delegates responsibilities to team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and successful execution of project deliverables. Works directly with each team member, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure all assignments are carried out with excellence.
• Managers – Implement policies and procedures, develop curriculum, contribute specialized expertise, provide essential resources, and transform project plans into tangible deliverables, including presentations. They also make in‑person visits to remote settings as needed.
• Advisors – Offer executive‑level guidance, resources, and strategic recommendations to ensure each project aligns with the broader mission. They conduct offline/in‑person skill check‑offs in addition to presenting and participating in online presentations.
• Mentors – Guide presenters and volunteers in applying clinical guidelines appropriately, offering constructive feedback, evaluation, and online presentations.
• Presenters – Prepare clinical procedures and deliver on line educational sessions to participants.
